Free Fun & Treats For All In The Health Plan Fan Zone!
In the Health Plan Fan Zone, it’s all 'Here For You' once again this year. And it’s all free! At the Health Plan Fan Zone, located on Penn Street, which runs along the west side of Wheeling Island Stadium, fans will enjoy huge inflatable ‘rides’ and interactive games.

No game ticket purchase is required to enjoy all the fun and goodies in the Health Plan Fan Zone. Free popcorn, snow cones and cotton candy will be provided while supplies last. And the Ziegenfelder Co., based in Wheeling, will be giving away their world-famous Twin Pops as well!

Media sponsor 100.5 Jack FM will be broadcasting live from the Health Plan Fan Zone, as the station will also be giving away prizes throughout the day.

"This is just one way for us to give back to the community," says Dave Mathieu of the Health Plan. "The Wheeling Hospital Rally In The Valley is more than just a great day of football; it’s a big-time event and we’re just thrilled to be part of it again as a presenting sponsor."
