The Central Catholic game against Woodland Hills on Friday, September 23, 2011 was featured in the 2011 Great American Rivalry
Series, one of the most prestigious football events in the nation. The Rivalry Series highlights
top rivalries across the country and the Vikings were excited to be featured in their eighth annual tour.
The Vikings are the 2011 Champions, winning against Woodland Hills 31-13. Damian Jones-Moore was named the Great American Rivalry Series Most Valuable Player, with three touchdowns.
Jake Walther was recognized as the 2011 Top Student Athlete.
